On December 1, Dau Tieng District Police (Binh Duong Province) informed that they had verified and invited 15 teenagers to work with them for gathering in groups and driving motorbikes at high speed, causing traffic disorder.
Previously, at around 3:00 a.m. on November 26, on Highway DT744 (in Ben Tranh Hamlet, Thanh An Commune, Dau Tieng District, Binh Duong Province), two groups of teenagers gathered, drove motorbikes to race and were cheered by many people.

During the verification process, the Investigation Police Agency determined that the group of teenagers who made an appointment to race are currently residing in Dau Tieng district and Ben Cat town (Binh Duong).
This group of young people met each other online and made an appointment to race on Highway 744 (in Ben Tranh Hamlet, Thanh An Commune, Dau Tieng District, Binh Duong Province) from Dau Tieng Town to Thanh An Commune.
According to the Investigation Police Agency, the motorcycles used for racing were all modified and changed from their original designs.
Dau Tieng District Police have drawn up a record to temporarily detain 11 motorbikes of various types and 3 lead bullet guns of the teenagers participating in the race and continue to consolidate the case file to strictly handle them according to the provisions of the law.
Previously, in Binh Duong province, many young people gathered to race motorbikes, scaring the people. Specifically, on April 3, social networks were abuzz with a video of hundreds of young people on motorbikes gathering on My Phuoc Tan Van Street, passing through Thuan Giao Ward (Thuan An, Binh Duong Province).
Most of the motorcycles used were modified. Many young men, without helmets, drove their motorcycles onto the car lane, showing signs of blocking cars to race.
On My Phuoc Tan Van street, a group of young men continuously revved their engines and revved their engines. Not stopping there, these young men also divided into small groups to race. Pairs and groups of them drove their motorbikes at high speed with the sound of their exhausts roaring.
