On June 21, the Department of Culture and Sports of Thua Thien Hue province organized the Victory Challenge Sailun Cup 2024 off-road racing tournament.
On the first day of the tournament, Hue audiences witnessed for the first time the extremely intense competition of racers from all over the country gathering at Thuy Tien Lake Park (Hue City).

Thuy Tien Lake Park was once called a “creepy tourist area” by the Huffingtonpost (USA). This place has many steep hills and muddy terrains under the lake, suitable for racers to show off their racing skills.
The racing cars with powerful engines roared through a series of muddy roads, plowing up the park grounds to the excited cheers of the audience.
The tournament is organized with 5 divisions, basic pickup class, upgraded class, extended - professional class, original SUV class and camping car class.
There are 88 racing teams from sports car clubs across the country gathering in Hue this time.
As a lover of pickup trucks, Tran Van Tuan (student of the University of Economics, Hue University) expressed his excitement when he first saw with his own eyes these powerful, roaring racing cars running on such difficult terrain.
"For racing enthusiasts like me, this is an exciting and satisfying experience," Tuan said.

In addition, within the framework of the event, a 3-region car camping festival will take place. Outstanding activities include camping, team building, beautiful modified car exhibition, beautiful camping cars, and gala night.
At the end of the event, the organizers will give charity gifts to people in difficult circumstances in the area.
