Having been with the Group for nearly 10 years, Ms. Nguyen Phung Bao Tram, Head of KIA THACO AUTO Khanh Hoa Car Sales Team, has contacted and met thousands of different car buyers. With her flexibility, ability to handle situations sensitively and her tireless efforts, Ms. Tram was recognized as an Outstanding Individual in 2023.
“My joy is when I advise and help customers choose the right vehicle. I always keep in mind that no matter what field I work in, I need to be responsible, thoughtful and dedicated to each customer,” Ms. Tram expressed.

The outstanding achievements of THACO AUTO Binh Duong in 2023 are a testament to the strength and solidarity of the team, thereby bringing satisfaction to customers. The unit has received many awards at the BMW and Peugeot brand service customer satisfaction survey program; the "Excellent Team 2023" award from the Kia Binh Duong Engine, Chassis, and Electrical technicians.
Mr. Bui Minh Thong - Kia Binh Duong Electric Chassis Technician said: "During my time working at THACO AUTO Binh Duong, I have learned a lot of experience from the team leaders, deputy managers and colleagues - who are always willing to share, support and develop together."

As the "Excellent Collective" in 2023, the THACO AUTO Bac Ninh Tourist Car Painting Team is always united, proactive and performs work methodically and scientifically.
Mr. Nguyen Van Quan - Deputy Manager of THACO AUTO Bac Ninh Dong Son Workshop excitedly said: “In the common work, each person has a job, but always supports and progresses together every day. There are times when the number of cars entering the painting workshop increases, which means the workload is also greater. Although it is hard, the brothers in the team always support each other to complete the work well, ensuring the progress of delivering cars to customers.”
Creativity - The driving force behind development
In 2023, THACO AUTO recorded nearly 1,500 innovative initiatives applied to production, saving more than 60 billion VND. Since the beginning of the year, many individuals and groups at factories have actively researched and proposed solutions with nearly 450 projects implemented.
“While working at the factory, I realized that many processes could be improved to save costs and labor. I researched and applied the knowledge and experience accumulated over many years to make technical improvements. Each successful project is a great motivation for me to try harder to contribute to the development of the Group,” Mr. Hung shared.
In 2023 alone, Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hung implemented 15 innovation initiatives, saving more than 3.7 billion VND for the company and unit.
