Speaking at the closing session, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Xuan Vinh affirmed that the resolutions just passed by the Provincial People's Council play an important role, creating a legal basis for the implementation of mechanisms, policies, and investment projects to ensure compliance with regulations, contributing to creating momentum to promote the province's socio-economic development in the coming time.
At the meeting, the delegates of the Provincial People's Council participated in deciding on personnel work, electing comrade Tran Nam Hung - Secretary of the Tam Ky City Party Committee to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee for the 2021 - 2026 term. The Provincial People's Council believes that in his new position, comrade Tran Nam Hung will maximize his ability and intelligence to excellently complete the assigned tasks, meeting the trust and expectations of delegates, voters and people in the province.
After the meeting, the Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial People's Committee to promptly guide and implement the resolutions approved by the province, so that the decisions and policies can soon come into life; continue to focus on directing the effective implementation of the tasks set out in the year.
Committees of the People's Council and delegates of the Provincial People's Council strengthen supervision activities, ensuring serious and effective implementation of the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council. The Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations actively coordinate to mobilize people to effectively implement the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council.

- Amend Point b, Clause 2, Article 2 of Resolution No. 20/2017/NQ-HDND dated July 19, 2017 of the Provincial People's Council regulating the level of business trip allowances and conference allowances applicable to agencies and units under the province.
- Regulations on the content and level of support for the implementation of administrative unit arrangement at district and commune levels in the province for the period 2023 - 2025.
- Abolish Resolution No. 05/2021/NQ-HDND dated January 13, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council regulating the level of financial support for youth football training at Quang Nam Football Club for the period 2021 - 2025.
- Regulate the price of medical examination and treatment services in State medical examination and treatment facilities that are not covered by the Health Insurance Fund but are not subjects of medical examination and treatment upon request.
- Regulations on special nutritional regimes and some support policies for coaches and athletes in Quang Nam province.
- Decision on policy to change forest use to other purposes.
