One of the general goals that Thai Binh sets for 2025 is to promote the economic structure and manufacturing sectors associated with the innovation of the growth model towards developing sectors and products with competitive advantages and high added value; improving productivity, quality, efficiency and competitiveness of the economy. Promoting the development of digital economy, green economy, circular economy, e-commerce, new and effective business models. Therefore, I propose that this session of the Provincial People's Council discuss and thoroughly analyze solutions to restructure the industrial sector towards developing sectors and products with competitive advantages, high added value and environmental friendliness; promoting processing, manufacturing and supporting industries; promptly putting large-scale, high-tech and widespread projects into operation to increase production capacity, creating new momentum for economic growth. Along with that, the province directed to accelerate the implementation of the Thai Binh LNG thermal power plant project, soon creating a clean energy source for production. Focus on perfecting regulations, rules, mechanisms and policies, ensuring openness and convenience for urban planning, construction, management and development, creating all favorable conditions for localities in the urbanization process.

Through research, I basically agree with the report on the socio-economic situation in 2024 and the main goals and tasks in 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee.
