On the morning of August 22, the international luxury cruise ship Spectrum of the Seas docked at Tan Cang - Cai Mep port (Phu My town, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province). The ship carried more than 4,000 passengers from many countries. This is the third time Spectrum of the Seas has stopped in Ba Ria - Vung Tau.

Immediately after the ship docked, immigration procedures and tourist pick-up and drop-off were quickly and conveniently carried out by authorities and travel agencies so they could get off the ship and go sightseeing.
Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hien - Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province - said that out of more than 4,000 tourists on the ship, more than 3,000 people registered to join the tour to explore the countryside, rivers, craft villages, and shopping in Ba Ria - Vung Tau, the West and Ho Chi Minh City.

Therefore, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province Nguyen Van Tho, representatives of the US Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City and leaders of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism , and relevant agencies went on board to congratulate.

Mr. Mark Byrd - an American tourist - said he was very happy to come to Vietnam, to Ba Ria - Vung Tau because this is a beautiful land and he came to explore and experience new cultures and customs. This tourist also loves vegetarian food so he will explore vegetarian cuisine in Vietnam.
The super ship Spectrum of the Seas left Ba Ria - Vung Tau this afternoon, August 22, and arrived in Singapore to end a 12-day cruise exploring Asian countries: Japan, China, Vietnam and Singapore.
Spectrum of the Seas has visited Vietnam many times. Most recently, on August 2, the ship arrived in Nha Trang Bay , carrying 4,600 international guests.
