Currently, the state of public health care in the world has a huge difference between different countries and regions. Typical examples include Japan, the UK, Canada and Finland, etc., which are representative examples of countries with the most developed and advanced public health care systems with well-trained medical staff, modern facilities and equipment, and many policies and programs to improve health and spread awareness in society. These are also ideal models that Vietnam has been striving to learn from and improve the quality of national health care over the years with the mindset that: The public health care system and health warnings are always the leading factors in helping to improve the "immune system" of the whole society.

In Vietnam, community health care activities have been and are an important goal set forth in the Resolution on strengthening the protection and improvement of public health.

Faced with that situation, with the vision and aspiration to contribute to the quality of community health care, promote the effectiveness of disease prevention and the ability to quickly cure, the Community Health Care Social Network - Doctors Care and the Health is Number 1 Charity Fund - One Health officially signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement to join hands to build and develop the Emergency Community Health Care Project - SOSCare.vn

The Emergency Community Health Care Project - SOSCare.vn is deployed nationwide, this is considered an important strategic project through the Community Health Care Social Network - Doctor Care and the No. 1 Health Charity Fund - One Health.

In order for the project to operate in a synchronous and systematic manner, the two sides agreed to establish a Project Management Board and committed to jointly carry out community health care activities: developing resources, in-depth vision, equipment systems, specialized medical staff, etc., including creating a smart healthcare system to connect people with full and convenient health care services.

The project will focus on capturing, classifying and handling emergency cases, early detection of health problems to support people in disease prevention, providing information and health education to the community, especially the elderly, children, poor workers and families in difficult circumstances. Specifically, the project will organize many community health care programs, advise people on disease prevention, promote health promotion, apply technology to build a health warning information network SOS Care; call for participation and sharing with poor patients, especially children and lonely elderly people with serious illnesses, connect organizations to build a community first aid network; support school health care...

SOSCare.vn is an Emergency Community Health Care Project co-founded and developed by the One Health Foundation and the Doctors Care Health Social Network. The project was introduced and organized community consultation activities from July 28, 2023 to call for and gather useful contributions from organizations, experts as well as partners and beneficiaries; before officially launching later this year.
