The Steering Committee of Project 8 (under the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development for Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas by 2024) has just coordinated with the Women's Union of Tan Son District to organize 2 training courses on guiding the operation of Community Communication Teams for communes in the project area.
At the training courses, trainees were instructed to operate and manage the Media Team according to the instructions of the Central Association. Through group discussion, role-playing, and presentations, the Reporter conveyed the content and knowledge closely following the documents and Handbook of the Central Association.
The "Golden Hand Rule" is propagated in a vivid form so that ethnic minorities can easily understand and propagate it.
Through training to equip knowledge, skills, methods in operating and maintaining activities, to propagate and mobilize people in the community to change their thinking and working habits, contributing to eliminating gender prejudices, gender stereotypes in families and communities, harmful cultural practices and solving some urgent social issues for women and children in the locality, in order to "change thinking and working habits" among ethnic minorities, gradually rise up to escape poverty sustainably, contributing to promoting the emulation movements of the Association and the task of socio-economic development in the district.
