On the morning of April 26, the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee coordinated with the Provincial Business Association to organize a conference to disseminate Resolution No. 41-NQ/TW dated October 10, 2023 of the Politburo on "Building and promoting the role of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the new period" for 200 delegates representing businesses in the province.
Comrade Do Viet Anh, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission attended and directly conveyed the contents of Resolution No. 41.
Informing the delegates of the basic contents of Resolution No. 41, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission affirmed: Resolution 41 identifies the group of entrepreneurs as having an important position and role, as one of the core forces contributing to promoting the cause of industrialization, modernization of the country and international integration; building and developing an independent, self-reliant economy, ensuring national defense and security. Strengthening links and cooperation among the group of entrepreneurs, between entrepreneurs and workers, farmers, and intellectuals to jointly realize the goal of national development.
The Resolution also clearly identifies the important requirement of strengthening the leadership role of the Party, promoting the strength of the Vietnamese business community, creating a favorable, safe and equal investment and business environment for businesses to develop and contribute, which is the responsibility of the Party, the State, the political system and the business community associated with the process of perfecting the socialist-oriented market economy and building a socialist rule-of-law state.
The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission also thoroughly grasped the Provincial Party Committee's plan to implement Resolution No. 41. In which he emphasized: The Provincial Party Committee set out a general goal, which is to develop a team of entrepreneurs in Ninh Binh province to be strong in both quantity and quality, aiming to fully complete the following standards: Having vision, intelligence, business ethics and culture; dynamic, creative, advanced management capacity; having social responsibility, environmental protection awareness and law compliance, contributing to the economic, cultural and social development goals of the province, ensuring national defense - security, foreign affairs of the province in particular and of the country in general.
Through the conference, the province's business community will be able to grasp the Party's viewpoints and policies, the State's policies and laws, as well as the province's policies on developing the business community. This is also an opportunity for businesses to exchange and share information, strengthen solidarity, cooperation and association, contribute to promoting production and business, enhance the position of businesses, and continue to make important contributions to the socio-economic development of the homeland and the country.
