On November 8, 2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) successfully organized the 2024 Annual Business Conference at the National Convention Center, Hanoi to summarize listing and trading registration activities and promote the application of good corporate governance practices; honor listed and trading enterprises at HNX that have made great efforts and contributions to implementing transparent corporate governance in the 2023-2024 assessment period. At the same time, this event is also an opportunity for enterprises to meet, exchange and share experiences with management agencies such as the State Securities Commission (SSC), Vietnam Stock Exchange (VNX), HNX, etc.
In the 2023-2024 assessment period, Vietnam Oil and Gas Technical Services Corporation (PTSC) - stock code PVS continued to be honored by HNX in the Top 10 listed enterprises with good corporate governance. The fact that PTSC has been in the Top 10 listed enterprises with good corporate governance for 5 consecutive years from 2020 to present is the result of PTSC's efforts in timely, transparent and quality information disclosure; the attention and proper investment in improving and innovating the management system, enhancing the effectiveness of corporate governance. PVS shares in recent years have always created trust, being a safe investment channel for shareholders and investors. In the coming time, PTSC will continue to promote the achieved successes, continue to implement good corporate governance in accordance with current regulations and international practices, contributing to the goal of upgrading the Vietnamese stock market set by SSC and HNX.
