T Hoa Thuan Strategic Partnership with Excelerate Energy
According to the Strategic Partnership Agreement between PTSC and Excelerate Energy, the two parties will conduct joint research to develop FSRU (Floating Storage and Regasification Unit) projects in Vietnam. In the context of the ever-increasing energy demand in Vietnam, FSRU is an outstanding solution in storing and regasifying LNG (liquefied natural gas), allowing flexibility in the supply of natural gas for Vietnam, while contributing significantly to the transition to cleaner energy sources. Excelerate Energy, with its experience and advanced technology in the FSRU field, will support PTSC in implementing these projects safely and efficiently. This is not only a big step forward in improving the capacity to supply LNG, but also demonstrates the strong commitment of both parties in promoting clean and sustainable energy development in Vietnam. With this Strategic Partnership Agreement, PTSC and Excelerate Energy will lay the first bricks for a long-term and successful cooperation in developing FSRU projects in Vietnam, while contributing to enhancing the capacity of the Vietnamese oil and gas and energy industry in the international arena.
Air Booster Compressor Supply Contract with Enerflex Energy Systems
In parallel, PTSC also signed a contract to supply gas booster compressors with Enerflex, one of the leading energy solution providers in the United States. This contract includes the supply of 04 gas booster compressors, which play an essential role in enhancing the exploitation efficiency and increasing gas output from wellhead platforms and gathering platforms for Block B Project - a national key project of the Vietnamese oil and gas industry, contributing significantly to optimizing the use of the country's natural resources. In addition, the two sides also signed a Cooperation Agreement for the provision of other mechanical equipment for potential future projects. This is a testament to the two sides' shared goal of optimizing production efficiency, enhancing competitiveness and ensuring safety and quality in each project, not only a solid stepping stone for the successful implementation of the Lot B project but also marking the beginning of a potential cooperative relationship for other projects between PTSC and Enerflex.
