Public relations - the hottest major of Vietnam Youth Academy will use a new combination D15, instead of combination D66.
According to Mr. Nguyen Cong Hieu, in charge of the school's admissions, the Public Relations major previously recruited using the combination of C00 (Literature, History, Geography), C20 (Literature, Geography, Civic Education), D01 (Math, Literature, English), D66 (Literature, English, Civic Education). In this year's admissions season, the combination of D66 will be replaced by D15 (Literature, Geography, English).
In addition to this major, the admission combination of 6 other majors remains the same.

This year, the Vietnam Youth Academy (VYA) will enroll about 1,450 students at both its Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City campuses. The Ho Chi Minh City campus will enroll two more majors: Law, Party Building and State Administration. However, the total enrollment target is 130 fewer than last year.
The school maintains stable admission methods including admission based on high school graduation exam scores; considering grade 11 and semester 1 grade 12 transcripts with a threshold of 20 points or more (total score of three subjects in the admission group, no subject below 6).
The school will accept applications based on transcripts from March 1. If the number of students is not enough, the Academy will transfer the quota to another method. Tuition for all majors is 6 million VND per semester, and for Law, it is more than 6.2 million VND.
Last year, the admission scores of the Vietnam Youth Academy ranged from 17 to 25.5, with the highest being for Public Relations.
