On the afternoon of June 19, the Military Command of Ha Tinh province held a conference to coordinate the tasks of the 2023 provincial defense area exercise with units of the Ministry and Military Regions stationed in the area. To unify the tasks of agencies and units in the process of preparing and practicing the exercise in accordance with the intention of the provincial military drill, at the conference, the units participating in the exercise listened to the leaders of the provincial Military Command report on the minutes and contents of the coordination between the provincial Military Command and the units of the Ministry of National Defense stationed in the area, the units participating in the exercise and the departments and branches in the provincial military drill.

Lieutenant Colonel Duong Ngoc Tiep - Deputy Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command presented the minutes and contents of the agreement between the Provincial Military Command and the units of the Ministry of National Defense stationed in the area, the units participating in the field exercise and the departments and branches in the provincial military drill.

Accordingly, the Ha Tinh Provincial Military Zone Exercise is expected to hold a trial exercise at the end of July and an official exercise in early August 2023.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Xuan Thang requested agencies and units to continue to coordinate with departments, branches and sectors at all levels to inspect, consolidate and complete the system of documents and scenarios for the exercise; the locations for the live-fire exercise are in accordance with regulations; to coordinate well with agencies and units of the Ministry and Military Regions in the province to organize the practice of live-fire activities close to the actual situation of the locality; to step up propaganda work on the purpose and significance of the exercise, especially to ensure absolute safety for people, weapons and technical equipment.

It is recommended that departments, branches, localities and agencies and units performing tasks in the province, based on the agreed contents, proactively develop plans and plans to participate in the exercise in a strict and specific manner, with plans and organize training seriously, ensuring absolute safety of people and weapons and equipment ready for the exercise task of the provincial KVPT to take place on schedule, ensuring absolute safety, achieving the set goals and requirements.
