After 6 days of organization, Ninh Thuan Grape - Wine Festival 2023, up to now, the planned activities and events have been organized to ensure safety and success, leaving many impressions on delegates, people in the province, domestic and international tourists; contributing to bringing Ninh Thuan grape and wine brand closer to domestic and international friends, creating a driving force to promote tourism development and socio-economic development.

The Grape - Wine Festival is a traditional festival of the province held every two years (first held in 2014). In particular, this year's Festival is held in conjunction with the UNESCO Certificate Ceremony to recognize "Cham pottery art in the List of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Need of Urgent Safeguarding". This is an important cultural event to spread to the people and tourists, to raise the responsibility of all levels, sectors and localities in the work of preserving and promoting the value of Cham pottery art intangible cultural heritage in the coming time. Honoring the economic values that grapevines bring to the locality; promoting the image, homeland, cultural beauty, people, natural landscapes and unique products of Ninh Thuan to the people, domestic and international tourists, contributing to promoting tourism development of the province.
This year's festival has received much attention and investment from the Organizing Committee with many diverse, unique, novel, large-scale activities taking place in localities in the province. In particular, the UNESCO Certificate Receiving Ceremony and the opening of the Ninh Thuan Grape and Wine Festival 2023 were broadcast live on VTV1 channel of Vietnam Television with the participation of President Vo Van Thuong and leaders of central departments, ministries and branches; Comrade Tran Hong Ha, Deputy Prime Minister attended and gave a speech. The content and art program to welcome the Festival were large-scale, attracting over 7,400 delegates, tourists and people to watch and cheer.

During the Festival, there will be many special activities such as: The 2023 South Central Region - Ninh Thuan Industry and Trade Fair with 300 booths of 150 enterprises and production facilities from 17 provinces and cities in the region; Workshop on developing the value of grape trees and grape products, attracting over 160 delegates from scientific research institutes, universities, domestic and foreign experts, enterprises, grape and wine production and trading establishments in the province. The 2nd Ninh Thuan Ethnic Cultural Beauty Contest in 2023 has created a bridge for the ethnic community living in Ninh Thuan.
In addition, there was a street art performance program; a culinary festival with the theme "Ninh Thuan Flavor" was held for the first time on a large scale, including 50 booths displaying and preparing cuisine. Along with that, the "Ninh Thuan Talented Chef" Competition gathered professional chefs to participate. The workshop "Preserving and promoting the value of Cham pottery art" with the presence of over 100 delegates who are scientists, managers, artisans, Cham pottery production and trading households participated in the discussion with the aim of finding solutions to preserve the traditional pottery art of the Cham people; improve production activities; effectively exploit the pottery art for the province's tourism development in the coming time.

Sports activities in response to the "National Tourism Year 2023" such as the Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan Road Cycling Race - Trung Nam Group Cup, the Ninh Thuan - Binh Thuan Open Sand Car - Motorcycle Race 2023 have created a strong spread, attracting a large number of athletes and fans to participate. The Raglai Cultural Festival in Bac Ai district recreates traditional festivals of the Raglai people, performs musical instruments; introduces local specialties, Raglai culinary culture... bringing the feeling of experiencing the culture of ethnic groups in the province to the people and tourists. The Ninh Son Fruit Festival helps visitors experience eco-tourism; is an opportunity to enjoy the diverse and rich flavors that nature has bestowed on the land of Lam Son (Ninh Son). In particular, the "Journey to explore Nui Chua World Biosphere Reserve" with unique and special activities such as: Releasing turtles to the sea, visiting Hang Rai, Vinh Hy Bay, checking in at the stone park... is an opportunity to promote the image of beautiful nature, friendly and hospitable people of Nui Chua World Biosphere Reserve in particular, and Ninh Thuan province in general.
In his closing speech at the festival, Comrade Nguyen Long Bien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, on behalf of the Organizing Committee, respectfully thanked the leaders of the Party and State, leaders of central departments, ministries, leaders of provinces and cities, ambassadors and consuls general of countries in Vietnam, distinguished guests, domestic and international organizations, business communities, and entrepreneurs inside and outside the province who attended the events of the Festival. Through the festival, Ninh Thuan hopes to continue to receive the attention and support of the leaders of the Party and State; leaders of central departments, ministries and branches as well as the companionship of people and tourists at home and abroad so that Ninh Thuan can continue to develop in the coming time.

After the closing speech, delegates, people and tourists enjoyed the art program with the theme: "Ninh Thuan shines". The elaborately staged program consisted of 3 chapters: Chapter 1 - Ninh Thuan - Impressive destinations in the hearts of tourists; Chapter 2 - Colors of Ninh Thuan; Chapter III - Ninh Thuan shines to new heights, with the participation of many famous artists and singers in the country and the province. The art program focused on introducing unique images of culture, people, potentials, strengths and tourism of the province; valuable cultural heritages of Cham pottery, grapes and typical products of Ninh Thuan were visualized in art works performed on stage, along with songs praising the homeland, the country, songs associated with the homeland of Ninh Thuan... creating an image of Ninh Thuan rich in identity, dynamic, friendly, polite, hospitable and the strong development of Ninh Thuan.
