The 6 first prize winning entries not only demonstrated profound insights into the environment and climate change, but also brought innovative, breakthrough ideas with impressive green solutions. Through heartfelt letters, videos with elaborate images and effects, and meticulous and creative drawings, the contestants sketched a promising green future.

Meeting the competition's criteria, the ideas are all highly creative, bold but rich in practicality: From an ecological urban model with an innovative transportation system such as an air-filtering whale, a high-speed train operating on gravity-cutting waves, to a vision of a green city in 2050 with a smart hospital that applies AI in operations to optimize performance and minimize negative impacts on the environment, or proposals on a circular economy, smart consumption, completely eliminating paper and making the most of technology.

“My competition painting depicts an Earth in 2050 with cutting-edge technology flying around people and modern green buildings. After the contest, I want to continue developing this idea in many other forms such as making videos that spread on social networks, so that my peers can better understand the role of technology in creating a green revolution, thereby gradually cultivating knowledge and learning to build a cleaner, more modern world together," said contestant Le Hoang Anh Kha from Dong Nai, winner of the first prize in the High School blackboard painting category.

Commenting on the contest, Dr. Le Thai Ha - Director of the Green Future Fund said: “The Send Green Future 2050 contest shows that the young generation not only cares about the environment but also proactively proposes creative and practical solutions. This brings strong belief that the green seeds we discover and cultivate today will continue to sprout and spread positive changes in the future. I believe that, with the enthusiasm and creativity of the students, green ideas will not only stop at the entries, but will become practical actions, contributing to building a sustainable world”.

By participating in the competition, contestants not only have the opportunity to express their creative ideas but also are equipped with important skills and knowledge in the process of building and spreading Green projects through workshops with experienced and highly specialized guests.

With 300 excellent finalists, they have the opportunity to present their ideas and discuss with the judges, applying the knowledge and skills they have learned to impress the experts. This is an important stepping stone to help them become active ambassadors, spreading green values to the community in the future.
