Dai Nam University enrolls students in 42 majors according to 3 admission methods: considering high school transcripts (65%); considering high school graduation exam scores (30%); and direct admission according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training (5%).

Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology is considering awarding a scholarship worth 25% of the full tuition fee to all candidates with an average score of 20 points or higher in 3 subjects in the first semester of grade 12. The school accepts scholarship applications from January 15 to May 31 online at the school's website.
At Gia Dinh University , Dr. Mai Duc Toan, Director of the Admissions and Communications Center, said that this year the school plans to reserve 65% of the total enrollment quota for the high school transcript review method.
According to the draft admission regulations, Gia Dinh University will use the academic results of the semesters in the two years of grades 11 and 12 for admission. At the same time, the school will also apply new combinations, closely following the 2018 general education program to ensure that it is suitable for the candidates' learning orientation. This year, Cuu Long University enrolls students using 3 methods: considering high school graduation exam scores, considering high school transcripts, and considering learning results from intermediate level and above. Of which, the transcript review method accounts for 60% of the total enrollment target. In this method, the school uses the average score of the entire 12th grade year of the combination of 3 subjects for admission according to the regulations in the enrollment regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Hoa Sen University plans to enroll 3,000 students through 5 admission methods as follows: admission based on 2025 high school graduation exam scores; admission based on academic records; admission based on capacity assessment according to Hoa Sen University standards; admission based on the results of the 2025 capacity assessment exam of Hanoi National University and Ho Chi Minh City National University; direct admission.
Yersin University Dalat plans to enroll 1,756 students for 17 majors with 3 admission methods, including: considering high school graduation exam scores (55 - 60% of total enrollment); considering Ho Chi Minh City National University's competency assessment exam scores (5 - 10%); considering academic records (35 - 40%).
With the method of considering transcripts, the school plans to use the average score of grade 12 according to the subject group or the graduation score of the candidate. The subject groups will be based on Math, Literature, English, and at the same time, add subject groups with Technology, Economic Education and Law to consider admission for suitable majors.
Meanwhile, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade plans to reserve a maximum of 20% of its enrollment quota for considering high school transcripts in the 2025 admissions season, a 10% decrease compared to 2024.
