Specifically, in the Mekong Delta region, the Western University of Construction (Vinh Long) is enrolling 19 majors this year. According to the school's admission score announcement, all 19 majors have a minimum score of 14 points, equivalent to 4.6 points for each subject.

At Kien Giang University, except for teacher training majors as prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training with a minimum floor score of 19 points, the remaining majors have a floor score of 14 points.

14 points/combination of 3 subjects is also the floor score for 17 majors at Binh Duong University of Economics and Technology. For Pharmacy, the floor score is according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.

Meanwhile, some universities such as Vinh Long University of Technical Education, Vietnam University of Petroleum (Ba Ria - Vung Tau), Dong Nai University of Technology, University of Finance - Accounting (Quang Ngai), Hung Vuong University, Ho Chi Minh City... have many majors that, although the minimum admission score is 15, include regional and subject priority points according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, so a score of less than 5 points per subject is still eligible to submit an application.
