Many Department leaders apply for early retirement

Kinhtedothi - Kon Tum Province Department of Home Affairs informed that the locality has 6 directors and 5 deputy directors of departments who have applied for early retirement to facilitate the locality in arranging the apparatus.

Accordingly, the six department directors were identified as Mr. Ngo Viet Thanh, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Mr. Nguyen Van Loc, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Mr. Nguyen Van Lan, Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Mr. Bui Thanh Binh, Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Mr. A Kang, Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and Mr. Nguyen Quang Hai, Director of the Department of Construction.

At the same time, 5 Deputy Directors of the Department requested to retire, including: Mr. Pham Xuan Khanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; Mr. Vo Thanh Hai, Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; Mr. Doan Trong Duc, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Mr. Phan Thanh Quang, Deputy Director of the Department of Construction; Mr. Huynh Ngoc Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance.

Kon Tum Provincial Public Administration Center is the workplace of the departments.

Retirees are between the ages of 54 and 60.

The Organizing Committee of Kon Tum Provincial Party Committee said that the implementation of the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus in accordance with the spirit of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the Central Executive Committee of the Party in the locality has received the support of cadres and party members and achieved many important results.

As of February 14, 2025, 15 cadres under the management of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee have applied for early retirement to facilitate reorganization and create opportunities for young, capable cadres to continue contributing.

The Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee has also directed departments, branches, sectors and localities in the province to review cadres who wish to retire early according to Decrees 177 and 178 of the Government, ensuring that the process of streamlining the apparatus is carried out objectively and transparently. At the same time, it has requested relevant agencies to study and guide the implementation of policies for cadres who wish to retire early.
