This afternoon (August 30th), as soon as work ends (4pm to 5pm), the flow of vehicles on the streets increases, causing some roads such as Giai Phong, Ngoc Hoi, National Highway 1A, Cau Giay, Pham Hung, Khuat Duy Tien, Nguyen Trai, Nguyen Xien, Giai Phong... to be jammed with vehicles. |
