Foreign players shine brightly, Hanoi Police Club wins top spot in V-League

Entering the match with full confidence, Hanoi Police Club had difficulty against the deep-lying defense of the visiting team Da Nang throughout the first half at Hang Day Stadium. Notably, it was not until the third kick by Van Do that the SHB Da Nang net shook. However, VAR technology denied the goal when it determined that the home team was offside.

In the end, Hanoi Police Club won 3-0 against SHB Da Nang to rise to the top of the LPBank V-League 2024-25 table with 11 points after 6 rounds (equal in points with The Cong Viettel and Thanh Hoa Club but with a better goal difference).

In contrast to this loss, Da Nang continues to rank at the bottom of the table with only 3 points after 6 rounds (having 3 points like Hai Phong but ranked at the bottom of the table due to losing goal difference).
