Capital Liberation Day is a historic event that took place at 8:00 a.m. on October 10, 1954, when the Vietnamese Army entered the five gates to receive the handover of power from the State of Vietnam and a number of French military bases. The Prime Minister has issued Decision No. 505/QD-TTg on National Digital Transformation Day. Accordingly, October 10 every year is National Digital Transformation Day. On October 10, 1945, President Ho Chi Minh, on behalf of the Provisional Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, issued Decree 46/SL on the organization of lawyers' associations. Therefore, October 10 is an important day to honor the generation of Vietnamese lawyers who have made important contributions to the revolutionary cause of the nation and contributed to the construction and development of the country.
