According to the Organizing Committee, the contest will be organized through 2 rounds: preliminary round and final round. Each round will have 3 parts: warm-up, knowledge and emotion.

The content of the contest focuses on learning about the glorious traditions of the Vietnam Trade Union, Hanoi Trade Union, the Vietnamese working class and union members, workers and employees in the capital; the Party's policies and guidelines, the State's laws and policies related to the working class, trade union organizations, etc.
