Efforts to build "friendly schools, active students"

To prevent school violence, there needs to be coordination from the three-legged stool: family, school and society, in which when one leg is shaky, there is a problem. First of all, each teacher must be a good example for students, focusing on communication skills and persuasive behavior to convince students. Schools need to know the list of individual students at risk of violence to regularly share and educate them.

At the same time, the school concretizes the content of building "friendly school, active students", implementing specific solutions and actions, creating closeness between teachers and students, thereby helping them erase the gaps in ideology and emotions, and forming thoughts about appropriate behavior.

Schools should strengthen the consultation and reporting mailbox and establish a consultation team to educate students about adolescent psychology, reproductive health, etc. If teachers have information about the possibility of conflict between two or more students, share this with the homeroom teacher, supervisor or organizations so that measures can be taken to prevent it.
