Accordingly, recently, school violence has still occurred, causing outrage and negatively affecting security and order as well as the educational environment in Thanh Hoa city.

It is worth mentioning that on October 2, a student at Quang Dong Secondary School in Thanh Hoa City was subjected to school violence and a clip was filmed. On October 8, a number of students from secondary schools in the area participated in beating a student at Dien Bien Secondary School, affecting the psychology and health of the students and the security and order situation in the area.
The clips were then posted on social networks, attracting the attention of the online community.
To strengthen solutions to prevent and combat school violence, the Chairman of Thanh Hoa City People's Committee requested the Department of Education and Training to continue to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement Decree No. 80/2017/NDCP dated July 17, 2017 of the Government; Directive No. 993/CT-BGDDT dated April 12, 2019 of the Ministry of Education and Training; Decision No. 5886/QD-BGDDT dated December 28, 2017 of the Ministry of Education and Training and documents regulating the prevention and combat of school violence to educational institutions under Thanh Hoa City.
At the same time, coordinate with media agencies to promote propaganda to raise awareness and responsibility of managers, teachers, staff, parents, students and society about preventing and combating school violence.
The Chairman of Thanh Hoa City People's Committee directed schools to integrate the content of preventing and combating school violence with the implementation of the topic "Building happy schools" and the campaign "City residents speak good words, do good deeds and act friendly".
Effectively coordinate with departments, offices, units, and related organizations under the city and wards and communes to strengthen inspection, supervision, detection, prevention, and timely and strict handling of violations of the law, ensure school security and safety, prevent and combat school violence; strengthen education on ethics, lifestyle, legal awareness, knowledge, and skills on preventing and combating school violence for students.
In particular, the Chairman of Thanh Hoa City People's Committee requested to guide the use of social networks: Zalo, Facebook,... among students and staff, teachers must comply with the regulations of the Law on Cyber Security.
Absolutely do not post, comment, or share bad or unverified information on the internet that may have a negative impact on public opinion. Strictly, promptly, and publicly handle violations to ensure deterrence in accordance with the provisions of the law.
