Press and business together will create momentum to promote the journey towards the goal of greening the economy and achieving Net Zero in the future.
On November 1, the Green Development Journalism Club towards Net Zero (Green Media HUB) and the Natural Resources and Environment Newspaper organized a workshop on "The role of press and business leaders in sustainable development" in Vung Tau, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.

Ms. Anh affirmed that the press plays an important role in sharing innovative solutions of businesses and promoting cooperation in the value chain.

Exchange session between press and business leaders.
"The advantage of Green Media Hub is that it gathers leading journalists, managers, and experts in Vietnam. The club's executive board is a group of members who are veteran journalists and are leaders of many influential newspapers. This is very convenient for implementing key communication campaigns that Green Media Hub is doing and will do in the near future," said Mr. Phuoc.
In the near future, Green Media Hub plans to develop a media cooperation plan, leveraging the strengths of each press agency and coordinating with businesses in the fields of green energy, green transportation, green consumption and green transportation. Mr. Phuoc hopes that businesses will actively respond and accompany Green Media Hub in this effort.
Previously, on October 30, the Natural Resources & Environment Newspaper and Green Media Hub organized a tour of the circular economy model at the HEINEKEN Vietnam factory in Ba Ria - Vung Tau for leaders of press agencies.
That same evening, Green Media Hub continued the exchange between press and business leaders, and introduced the Green Development Journalism Award with a total prize of nearly 1 billion VND, to encourage high-quality works on green development.
This is an initiative from the Natural Resources & Environment Newspaper and Green Media Hub to promote communication for sustainable development, helping Vietnam achieve green goals.
