Nam Sach needs to thoroughly resolve long-standing complaints and denunciations

Comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Duong province requested Nam Sach district to thoroughly resolve citizens' complaints and denunciations.

Comrades: Nguyen Thi Ngoc Bich, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Khac Toan, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, together with leaders of the Provincial People's Council Committees and representatives of a number of departments, branches and localities attended the supervision session.

After listening to the report of the People's Committee of Nam Sach district, comrade Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized that Nam Sach district urgently resolved the long-standing complaints and denunciations under its jurisdiction.

For recommendations and reflections with complicated land-related content, it is necessary to consider thoroughly, resolve in accordance with procedures and regulations, and issue a written response to citizens.

Comrade Le Van Hieu noted that district-level advisory agencies should focus on raising awareness and responsibility in handling complaints, denunciations, reflections and recommendations from citizens. Promote the implementation of the Project "Building friendly, people-serving commune, ward and town governments in Hai Duong province in the period 2024 - 2030".

Nam Sach district currently has 4 long-standing complaints and denunciations in Hop Tien, An Son, Nam Hong, and Nam Chinh communes, all related to land. Most of the cases have been reviewed and resolved by authorities according to regulations, but citizens still disagree and continue to send petitions to the authorities.
