From February 20, these people will no longer hold their former positions.

Mr. Nguyen Van Phung (former Director of the former Department of Finance) and Mr. Nguyen Quang Thanh (former Director of the former Department of Information and Communications) were also dismissed from their positions as members of the City People's Committee. At the same time, the City People's Council elected additional members of the City People's Committee for Mr. and Mrs. Tran Thi Thanh Tam, Director of the Department of Finance; Nguyen Ha Nam, Director of the Department of Construction; Nguyen Huu Loi, Director of the Department of Home Affairs; Le Duc Vien, Director of the Department of Science and Technology; Pham Nam Son, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Environment; Le Tu Gia Thanh, Chief of Office of the City People's Committee.
