The final night of Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 ended with the convincing victory of Le Hoang Phuong. The 4 runner-up positions respectively belonged to Bui Khanh Linh (Bac Giang), Truong Quy Minh Nhan (Thua Thien - Hue), Le Thi Hong Hanh (Thai Binh) and Dang Hoang Tam Nhu (Thua Thien - Hue).
