The graduation exam of students majoring in Directing, Events and Theatre (Hanoi Academy of Theatre and Cinema) had an impressive combination of 150 people with beautiful and professional sound, light and effects.
Recently, the graduation exam program of the Director - Event - Festival class (course 40) took place at Thuy Dinh Area, Hanoi Academy of Theatre and Cinema, with the highlight being a multi-terrain stage, which was invested in elaborately. 
The event took place in about 1 hour and 45 minutes with two groups of contestants (each group of 5-6 students) with the themes of “The Essence of Pink Lotus” and “Linh Tre - Vietnamese Soul”. Before that, the young people spent 6 months preparing. 
In the competition of the theme "Linh Tre - Hon Viet", from sound, light, stage ideas to actors and props, all were carefully calculated by the contestants to bring the audience unique performances, imbued with cultural values. 
Here, modern lighting technologies were used such as 3D Mapping, Laser Mapping... In the middle of the performance, there was a cold smoke scene, creating a shimmering, magical space, reminiscent of the origin of the legends. 
The stage area includes 4 performance terrains such as water pavilion; underwater floor; triangular ground and floating stage. A series of performing art forms such as music and dance; physical drama; circus; water puppetry… are all combined in the same open space. 
About 150 people, including both professional and amateur actors, were mobilized to perform. A contestant said that to make a program like this outside would cost no less than 1 billion VND. Meanwhile, the students here called for sponsorship from many different units and sources. Therefore, the event went smoothly and was more successful than expected. 
With the image of the pink lotus, a flower symbolizing purity and innocence, the group "Pink Lotus Essence" brought a performance consisting of 3 chapters, lasting about 30 minutes. 
Lotus silk fabrics are made from thousands of silk threads taken from the stem of the lotus flower. The lotus also symbolizes compassion and noble human virtues. 
The performance art stage consists of 3 chapters with 9 scenes, inspired by the image of “bamboo”, a tree symbolizing the perseverance, resilience, and resilience of the Vietnamese people, present from the time of land reclamation to the founding of the country. Typical is the image of rural villages living peacefully beside green bamboo hedges. 
Nguyen Thi Lan Huong (22 years old), a member of the group “Linh Tre - Hon Viet”, was moved when the performance ended. To create a comprehensive art program like this, the female student and other members of the group continuously came up with ideas, coordinated and edited until the day of the event.
