Mr. Le Anh Kiet, Head of the Department of Culture and Information of Da Lat City, said that this year's Tet At Ty is very special because the cherry blossoms bloom right in the first days of spring in the cold weather, attracting tens of thousands of tourists to come and enjoy the spring.
According to Mr. Kiet, from the first to the fourth day of Tet, the occupancy rate of hotel rooms booked by tourists reached about 85%. According to the authorities, on the night of the third day of Tet, there were over 30,000 guests registered to stay, not to mention thousands of other tourists visiting relatives and friends during Tet.

Room rates have not changed much, only slightly increasing by 30-40%; food service prices at many restaurants clearly state a surcharge from the 28th to the 7th of the Lunar New Year to pay for labor during the Lunar New Year. Because many restaurants are not open on the 2nd and 3rd, tourists have to find a place to eat and wait their turn.
Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Huynh Quoc Trung, Head of the Traffic Police - Order Team (Da Lat City Police) said that from the afternoon of the second day of Tet, the unit mobilized 100% of its personnel to coordinate with provincial police units, police of wards and communes to regulate traffic and ensure security and order.

Due to the large number of tourists coming to Da Lat by car, on April 3rd Street, Tran Hung Dao Street, the gateway to Da Lat, Hoang Van Thu Street leading to tourist attractions in Van Thanh Flower Village, Ta Nung, vehicles must follow traffic laws, so they have to line up in long lines and move slowly through intersections.
At tourist areas such as Datanla, Valley of Love, Dalat Flower Garden, Puppy Farm, Mongoland, etc., the number of visitors is also higher than last year's Tet.
