Inspection Team No. 2 conducted inspections at the Departments of Transport: Hung Yen, Lang Son, Bac Kan, Cao Bang, Tuyen Quang, Ha Giang, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Ninh Thuan, Binh Thuan, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Bac Lieu, Ca Mau.
Inspection Team No. 3 organized inspections at the Departments of Transport: Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Quang Ninh, Thanh Hoa, Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Quang Ngai, Quang Nam, Da Nang, Binh Dinh, Kon Tum, Gia Lai, Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Binh Phuoc, Lam Dong.
Inspection Team No. 4 organized inspections at the Departments of Transport: Hanoi, Hoa Binh, Son La, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh, Soc Trang, Ben Tre, Tra Vinh, Dong Thap, Can Tho.
The inspection team will inspect the management process of transport business management activities of the Departments of Transport from January 1, 2022 and end before February 5, 2024.
Inspection teams must complete their inspections before February 5, 2024.
Accordingly, the inspection team will inspect the management of transport business activities of the Departments of Transport in implementing the directives of the Ministry of Transport on the management of transport business activities by car.
The inspection team will also focus on clarifying the advice of local Departments of Transport to People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities on the management of automobile transport business activities (approval and announcement of: List of bus passenger transport networks, fixed intra-provincial passenger transport route networks; locations of pick-up and drop-off points; incentive and preferential policies for bus passenger transport; economic and technical norms for bus passenger transport activities on subsidized routes; plans for development and management of means of transport business; management of passenger transport vehicles).
Along with that is the management of passenger transport business activities by car such as: Issuing and revoking transport business licenses, badges, signs; Managing transport activities through journey monitoring devices, surveillance cameras; directing, supervising, and inspecting the training of transport skills and traffic safety for drivers and service staff on vehicles; Managing fixed routes; organizing pick-up and drop-off points on fixed routes; passenger shuttle vehicles; receiving information about passenger transport activities under contract; notifying vehicles transporting passengers under contract.
The delegation will inspect the issuance and revocation of transport business licenses and badges; manage transport activities through journey monitoring devices and surveillance cameras; direct, supervise and inspect the training of transport and traffic safety for drivers.
In addition, it also checks the inspection, examination and handling of violations in transport business activities and other related contents (such as: notification and public disclosure of information according to regulations; organizing the implementation of online public services to handle administrative procedures on transport activities by car; managing the operation of parking lots; coordinating with local competent authorities in managing transport business activities by car) .
