On the morning of November 8, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Bao Ha attended and shared the joy of the national solidarity festival with the people of Hoa Tan village (Ky Hoa commune, Ky Anh town).

Hoa Tan village, Ky Hoa commune currently has 335 households, with 1,290 people.
