Disciplinary action against many officials involved in land violations in Khanh Hoa

On November 1, the Inspection Committee (IC) of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee held the 21st Conference for the 2020-2025 term to inform the results of the inspection, review and discipline of Party cells of the Branch Office of Land Registration (LORO) in the area related to allowing land donation for road construction, land division, and illegal transfer, violating land laws.

According to the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, the Party Cell of the Provincial Land Registration Office violated working regulations, lacked inspection and supervision, and lacked responsibility in leadership, direction, and direction, allowing many branches of the Land Registration Office to allow land donation for road construction, land division, and illegal transfers, violating land laws, affecting planning work and socio-economic development in the area. Many officials and party members of the Land Registration Office violated the regulations to the point that disciplinary action must be considered.

The Party Committee of the Nha Trang City Land Registration Office violated working regulations and lacked inspection and supervision, allowing the Nha Trang City Land Registration Office Branch to donate land for road construction and land division in violation of regulations, violating land laws, even though the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee had previously issued documents directing land management.

The Party Cell of the Dien Khanh District Land Registration Office Branch and the Party Cell of the Natural Resources - Land Fund Development Center - Khanh Vinh District Land Registration Office Branch violated working regulations; lacked inspection and supervision, allowing the Land Registration Office Branches in these two localities to carry out land division in violation of regulations, violating land laws.

The Party Committee of the Natural Resources Branch - Land Fund Development Center - Khanh Vinh District Registration Office still lacks inspection, supervision and management of party members, allowing corruption to occur in the Party Cell.

With the above violations, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to issue a disciplinary warning to the Party Cell of the Provincial Registration Office and the Party Cell of the Nha Trang City Registration Office.

At the same time, request the Party Committee of the Dien Khanh District Land Registration Office and the Party Committee of the Natural Resources - Land Fund Development Center - Khanh Vinh District Land Registration Office Branch to review and learn from experience.

In addition, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to discipline individuals by reprimand, including Mr. Hoang Le Lin (Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Registration Office); Mr. Vo Ngoc Quang (Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Registration Office), Mr. Huynh Huu Hanh (Director of Dien Khanh District Registration Office Branch) and Mr. Le Xuan Khoa (Director of Khanh Vinh District Registration Office Branch).

Mr. Phan Thai Sy (Director of Nha Trang City Real Estate Registration Office) was disciplined with a warning by the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission.
