Kon Tum: Prosecuted the deputy director of the vehicle inspection center for the crime of "Receiving bribes"

A deputy director of the vehicle inspection center in Kon Tum was prosecuted by the investigation agency for the crime of "Receiving bribes".

On September 17, sources said that the Kon Tum Provincial Police Department has prosecuted Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dam (Deputy Director of Inspection Center 82.01.S) for the crime of "Receiving bribes".

The decision to prosecute Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dam has been approved by the People's Procuracy of Kon Tum province.

The Kon Tum Provincial Police Investigation Agency also notified the Kon Tum Department of Transport Party Committee of the prosecution of the above defendant.

Currently, the Kon Tum Provincial Police Department is investigating the bribery case that occurred at the above-mentioned inspection center.

Regarding the incident, the Kon Tum Department of Transport Party Committee has sent an official dispatch to report to the Kon Tum Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises on the case of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Dam, Member of the Executive Committee of the Department of Transport Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Cell of the 82.01.S Inspection Center, being prosecuted for the crime of "Receiving bribes"; thereby requesting the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the block to consider and decide.

According to initial private information from the Department of Transport, Mr. Dam accepted bribes related to the procedures for converting automobiles.
