The organization and implementation of reviewing and simplifying administrative procedures have achieved high efficiency; the activities of advising on the announcement of administrative procedures and the publicity of administrative procedures have been carried out strictly and in accordance with regulations, ensuring that access and implementation by organizations and individuals are simple and convenient.
The implementation of the one-stop mechanism and the basic inter-connected one-stop mechanism is strict and systematic, creating convenience for individuals and organizations when transacting with state administrative agencies. The settlement of administrative procedures is of interest to all levels and sectors; the rate of settlement of administrative procedures on time and before the deadline by the Department has achieved high results; the reception and handling of recommendations and feedback on administrative regulations and the implementation of administrative procedures are carried out in accordance with regulations.
The application of information technology in handling administrative procedures is focused on strengthening. The implementation of decisions on authorizing the handling of administrative procedures according to sectors and fields ensures the goal of state management, promotes the initiative, creativity, and self-responsibility of local authorities, simplifies administrative procedures, and brings the most practical benefits to the beneficiaries.
However, the representative of the Department of Industry and Trade also raised a number of limitations, difficulties and problems. In particular, the information system for handling administrative procedures has been more stable, but some administrative procedures have changed every time the software is updated, regarding the role of the user, errors in transferring steps to complete the application, time to process the application, and the application components. The connection with the National Public Service Portal has not updated the application processing status, leading to reports of overdue steps to be resolved on the National Public Service Portal.
At the same time, administrative procedures have a large volume of online records, however, many times the system is often blocked, unable to transfer records to the Department of Industry and Trade in time for the Department to receive records in time as required; therefore, it is easy for some records to be reported as overdue on the National Public Service Portal...
The Department of Industry and Trade also requested the Interdisciplinary Inspection Team to propose solutions to the above difficulties and problems to help officials conveniently receive, process, and return results of records on time according to regulations, promptly meeting the needs of citizens in handling administrative procedures.
According to the Department of Industry and Trade, from 2022 to present, the Department has implemented activities to control administrative procedures at the unit.
