Groundbreaking Ceremony of Da Mai - Song Mai 2 Urban Area Project (Danko Bac Giang Project)

On February 16, Danko Group Joint Stock Company (Danko Group) held a groundbreaking ceremony for the Da Mai - Song Mai 2 Urban Area Project (Danko Bac Giang Project) in Da Mai Ward and Song Mai Commune, Bac Giang City. Attending the ceremony were representatives of leaders of central ministries and branches; representatives of leaders of departments, branches, agencies, units and localities of Bac Giang province.

Delegates attended the ribbon cutting ceremony to start the project.

The Da Mai - Song Mai 2 Urban Area Project (Danko Bac Giang Project) located in Da Mai Ward, Bac Giang City, was approved for detailed planning by the People's Committee of Bac Giang Province in Decision No. 877/QD-UBND dated September 29, 2020; approved the selection of project investors according to Decision No. 118/QD-UBND dated January 20, 2022. The project was granted a Construction Permit by the Department of Construction of Bac Giang Province under No. 218/GPXD dated January 21, 2025.

The project covers an area of ​​43.9 hectares, with a population of about 6,196 people; is located in the North adjacent to Tran Hung Dao Street; in the South adjacent to agricultural land and Thuong Phu village; in the West adjacent to National Highway 17 (Hoang Hoa Tham Street); in the East adjacent to Thuong River dike.

The project is invested synchronously in technical infrastructure and social infrastructure, divided into functional areas including: Townhouses, villas, apartments, commercial centers, supermarkets, schools, cultural houses, social housing projects, parking lots, combined with green campuses and residential areas...

Danko Bac Giang project officially started.

The project plans main roads with large cross-sections from 24.0 - 31.0m wide, connecting branch roads in residential areas, functional areas, connecting public works and the central park to form the landscape axis of the area, serving the convenient living needs of the people.

Once the project is started, it will contribute to promoting the socio-economic development of the western area of ​​modern Bac Giang city, towards a green and smart urban area./.
