The delegation offered incense at the shrine of President Ho Chi Minh at the National Treasury and Credit Monument.

At the National Treasury - Credit Relic Site, the delegation offered incense to President Ho Chi Minh , expressing their infinite gratitude for his great contributions to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the Vietnamese people. He devoted his whole life to the cause of peace and happiness of the Vietnamese people and humanity. Before Uncle Ho's spirit, the delegation expressed their respect and vowed to forever study and follow his ideology, morality and style to contribute to the cause of national renewal, the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

The Treasury Department under the Ministry of Finance was established on May 29, 1946 under Decree No. 75/SL signed by President Ho Chi Minh; this was the first important historical milestone marking the birth of the Vietnam State Treasury. During the most difficult period of the resistance war against French colonialism, the Treasury Department was relocated to Nhung Dam village, Tu Quan commune, Yen Son district. With the help and protection of the local people, the Treasury Department maintained secrecy and safety, completed all assigned tasks, ensured adequate funding for production and combat, and contributed to the complete victory of our nation's resistance war.
