Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the results of the competition for the Architectural and Landscape Plan of the project to build the office building of the Provincial Party Committee, the National Assembly Delegation, the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee.
Accordingly, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee decided to award the first prize to the design plan of HUNI Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Da Nang City); the second prize went to Nha Vui Construction Architecture Joint Stock Company (Ho Chi Minh City), and the third prize went to the CDAC-MTS consortium: CDAC Construction Architecture Design Consulting Co., Ltd. and Mien Trung Structure Construction Consulting Co., Ltd. (Phu Yen Province).
The People's Committee of this province also approved the plan of HUNI Vietnam Co., Ltd. as the winning plan for architectural and landscape design of the project to build the office of the Provincial Party Committee, the National Assembly Delegation, the Provincial People's Council, and the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province.
Khanh Hoa province assigned the Provincial Development Project Management Board to coordinate with HUNI Vietnam Co., Ltd. to complete the architectural plan according to regulations.
At the same time, review relevant legal regulations on bidding and construction. If qualified according to regulations, negotiate, complete and sign a contract with HUNI Vietnam Co., Ltd. to prepare project documents; organize examination and appraisal to submit to competent authorities for approval.
During the implementation process, proactively coordinate with relevant units to receive coordination and guidance in accordance with legal regulations.
In addition, Khanh Hoa province assigned the Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Construction and related units to coordinate and guide the Provincial Development Project Management Board to implement the next steps to ensure compliance with legal regulations.

Previously, in June 2023, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Council passed Resolution No. 17 on approving the investment policy for the project to build the headquarters of the Provincial Party Committee, the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Committee at land plot No. 1 Tran Phu, Xuong Huan Ward, Nha Trang City with a total land area of over 23,259m2 ; implementation period 2023-2025.
The investment in building new working headquarters aims to ensure synchronization, modernity, concentration, meeting the requirements of working headquarters for cadres, civil servants, and public employees, creating connections between agencies, shaping a concentrated working headquarters area that is important in many aspects for the socio-economic development of the province. Thereby, contributing to the embellishment and creating a highlight for Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa province.
The project scale includes: Office building, technical infrastructure, fence, entrance gate with total estimated investment of 544.6 billion VND.
