From October 15 to 20, the Board of Directors and the Executive Board of the THACO Trade Union coordinated with units to organize a program to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day October 20 for more than 15,000 female employees working throughout the system.

The highlight of the contest was the “Office Charm” contest, with the participation of 15 contestants from the following units: THACO, THACO AUTO, THADICO, THISO. The contestants confidently performed impressive office outfits, showing off their elegant, professional beauty, suitable for the culture and working environment of THACO and its subsidiaries.
