(NB&CL) To celebrate the year of the Snake, Ba Den Mountain in Tay Ninh will organize a large-scale Ba Den Mountain Spring Festival lasting throughout January, expected to welcome millions of visitors to the highest mountain in the South.
Grand opening with brilliant fireworks display
With the theme of Tay Ninh Fragrance, the opening ceremony of the Ba Den Mountain Spring Festival 2025 will be held on a large scale at the square in the area of the Ba Den Mountain cable car station at 7:00 p.m. on the 4th day of Tet (February 1, 2025).
The opening ceremony of the Ba Mountain Spring Festival is considered the biggest festival of the year in Tay Ninh province, organized with a special art program and the participation of famous stars. This year, the art program continues to leave a strong mark on the Tay Ninh spring brand with a lion dance performance, along with a unique combination of traditional melodies and modern music full of youthful vitality - representing a fresh and dynamic Tay Ninh.

The program is expected to feature singers Tung Duong, Phuc Bo, Rick, Tran Ngoc Anh (champion of The Voice 2018), Tieu Minh Phung, MTV band... Besides the songs full of spring colors, visitors will immerse themselves in the heat of youth with vibrant remixes or hits on the current music market such as Tai sinh (Tang Duy Tan), Ngai gi Shine, mashup Viet Nam van mau & Bay...
This year’s festival stage was also uniquely renovated with inspiration from the image of “Hoa ngu cao son” (flowers blooming on high mountains), evoking the harmonious beauty between the majestic nature of the highest mountain in the South and the delicate beauty of spring. In the middle of the stage is a giant LED screen shaped like a blooming flower, with petals programmed with flexible lighting, creating a vivid visual effect from the movement of colors. Surrounding it are clusters of LEDs symbolizing the steps leading to the conquest of the mountain known as “the first heavenly mountain”.

Along with the special art performance, the Opening Ceremony of Ba Mountain Spring Festival this year also exploded with an eye-catching fireworks display, with many high-altitude fireworks displays with completely new and beautiful shapes compared to previous years.

In recent years, tulips have become a “specialty” of Ba Den Mountain every spring and are extremely popular with tourists. Known as the biggest festival of the year at Ba Den Mountain, the Ba Mountain Spring Festival is characterized by solemn rituals expressing respect to the sacred Linh Son Thanh Mau at the Ba Pagoda system halfway up the mountain, and is where people come to pray for a prosperous and peaceful new year. Along with many unique cultural and artistic experiences on the mountain top, the Ba Mountain Spring Festival is expected to attract millions of people and tourists to Tay Ninh in the first days of spring this year.
