On May 22, a representative of MobiFone Thanh Hoa said that the entire province had 1,566 MobiFone subscribers revoked due to non-standardized information out of a total of 3,942 subscribers that needed to be standardized.
Customers come to MobiFone stores to standardize subscriber information
Thus, since April 15, after the network operators locked the two-way subscriptions of subscribers whose information did not match the national population database, about 1,372 subscribers have come to the network operators' transaction stores to standardize their personal information to be "unlocked" again.
Mobifone said that for customers whose subscriptions have been revoked, they need to go to the nearest Mobifone store to complete the procedures to restore their subscriptions and standardize their information.
In the coming time, MobiFone will continue to promote propaganda activities so that customers know and re-register their subscriber information.
