The conference was broadcast live from the Provincial Party Committee to 73 district and commune-level bridges with more than 1,800 cadres and party members participating. Attending the Provincial Party Committee bridge were comrades: Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Tran Minh Nam, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Dao Trong Dinh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Department; Le Huyen, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and leaders of departments and branches in the province.

At the conference, Comrade Tran Hoang Kiem, Head of the Local Department III of the Central Internal Affairs Commission, introduced the editing process and the basic and core contents of the book "Resolutely and persistently fighting against corruption and negativity, contributing to building our Party and State increasingly clean and strong" by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong. The book is a collection of many articles, speeches and talks by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, demonstrating the consistency between words and actions; persistently and continuously fighting without rest; the unity between the spirit of fierce leadership and great determination to resolutely and persistently fight against corruption and negativity in order to build and rectify the Party increasingly clean and strong in all aspects. The work is a handbook in the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity, a very core issue to build the Party and State increasingly clean and strong, fluently demonstrating the motto: Synchronously combining "building" and "fighting"; between pushing back and preventing early and from afar; between strict handling and prevention and education; between building a strong Party in terms of political ideology, organization and cadres, associated with fighting against moral degradation and lifestyle of cadres and party members; between the political determination of the Party leader, the entire Party and the entire political system with the consensus and support of the people and international friends. The work has both theoretical and practical significance, is a summary of rich practices, drawing out theoretical issues and valuable lessons to further consolidate mettle, strength and confidence; orienting solutions to effectively implement the work of fighting, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in the coming time.

Next, the delegates listened to Comrade Tran Hoang Kiem thoroughly understand Regulation No. 178-QD/TW dated June 27, 2024 of the Politburo on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in law-making work.
Through the conference, cadres and party members will better understand the policies, guidelines and determination to fight against "internal invaders"; prevent, repel and strictly handle corruption and negativity of the Party and State. From there, apply correctly, appropriately and effectively in the work of advising and implementing the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity in each agency, unit and locality in the coming time; contribute to building a clean and strong Party, leading the excellent completion of assigned political tasks.
* In the morning of the same day, the Provincial Party Committee of Agencies and Enterprises organized an online conference to study and learn the thoughts of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong on preventing and combating corruption and negativity and the work "Resolutely and persistently fighting against corruption and negativity, contributing to building our Party and State increasingly clean and strong". Attending were members of the Executive Committee, members of the Party Committee's Inspection Committee and Secretaries and Deputy Secretaries of the branches and affiliated Party Committees.
