Hai Duong Province Gemstone and Jewelry Association actively promotes trade

The trade promotion activities of the Hai Duong Province Gemstone and Jewelry Association are highly appreciated by businesses, creating opportunities for trade connections.

On the afternoon of December 29, the Hai Duong Province Jewelry and Gemstone Handicraft Association coordinated with the Trade Promotion Center (Department of Industry and Trade) to summarize the 2024 trade promotion program.

In 2024, the Provincial Jewelry and Gemstone Handicraft Association brought nearly 600 businesses to promote trade in some localities such as Hanoi, Hung Yen, Lao Cai, Quang Ninh, Kunming and Guangxi (China). At the same time, nearly 200 businesses from other provinces came to Hai Duong to find partners, expand markets, learn, and share production and business experiences.

On the sidelines of the summary conference on the afternoon of December 29, there were more than 100 booths displaying products to find customers and expand consumption channels.

In addition to trade promotion activities, the Provincial Jewelry and Gemstone Association has mobilized member businesses to spend more than 300 million VND to organize many charity programs, supporting difficult circumstances in a number of localities inside and outside the province.

On the afternoon of December 29, many businesses found common goals and were ready for the next steps, towards partnership contracts.

At the closing ceremony, representatives of a number of businesses highly appreciated the effectiveness of investment promotion activities coordinated by the Provincial Gemstone and Jewelry Association and the Trade Promotion Center, creating marketing and cross-promotion opportunities between businesses that are both members of the association and partner businesses.

On the sidelines of the event, businesses organized more than 100 booths to display and introduce typical products and OCOP products to promote products, seek opportunities to expand markets, and connect with consumers.

The Hai Duong Province Jewelry and Gemstone Crafts Association was established in December 2011, with its office located in Chau Khe village, Thuc Khang commune (Binh Giang). The association currently has nearly 200 members, representing businesses and households trading in fine arts, gold, silver, gemstones, embroidery, etc. in the province, but mainly concentrated in Binh Giang district.
