At the launching ceremony, the Duy Xuyen District Youth Volunteer Veterans Association approved the decision to establish, appoint the executive board and operating regulations of the model.
Accordingly, the cooperative group attracted 10 female members, chaired by Ms. Tu Thi Thu Trinh - President of the Duy Trinh Commune Veterans Association; operating on the principle of voluntariness and equality with the aim of raising awareness and mobilizing the participation of cadres and members of the Veterans Association.
The model was established to help members have the opportunity to meet, exchange, and support each other in production and business. Promote internal resources, create proactive capital sources for members to develop production, improve living standards, contribute to the implementation of sustainable poverty reduction programs, and gradually build a new model rural area in the locality.

It is known that in Duy Xuyen district, there are many former youth volunteers who are good at doing business, building diverse cooperation models in many fields such as animal husbandry, cultivation, developing traditional crafts... with a total investment of more than 5 billion VND.
On average, each model brings in a profit of 80 - 120 million VND per year. In addition, the owners of the establishments create jobs for nearly 100 local workers with an average income of 5 - 7 million VND/person/month.
