On the afternoon of August 19, in Mang But commune, Kon Plong district (Kon Tum), the Women's Union of Kon Plong district launched the model of "Cooperative group for production and consumption of products from red rice". The cooperative group was deployed in Mang Buk village, Mang But commune, Kon Plong district, with 10 members, led by Ms. Y Sieu.
According to Ms. Ngo Thi Na, President of the Women's Union of Kon Plong district , the launch of this Cooperative Group aims to help women and young people in Mang Buk village in particular and Mang But commune in general to cooperate, support the production of goods, link production and support each other in consuming red rice products in the area.

In addition, the Cooperative also creates conditions for women and young people to have a stable long-term income and be equipped with basic knowledge to make products that ensure food hygiene and safety and health to serve consumers.
The cost of implementing this model is nearly 200 million VND, funded by Plan Organization in Kon Tum and women members of the Counterpart Cooperative Group.
