Hanoi City Supporting Industry Fair 2024 officially opens

On the morning of September 18, at the ICE Hanoi International Exhibition Center, the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade opened the Hanoi City Supporting Industry Fair 2024.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy Director of Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade Nguyen Kieu Oanh stated that with the orientation of developing the supporting industry in the period of 2021-2025, with a vision to 2030 to turn Hanoi into a city with modern, high-tech, green industry, Hanoi City has approved the supporting industry development program for the period of 2020-2025.

Up to now, the city has nearly 1,000 supporting industry enterprises, with over 35% of enterprises having production systems and products that meet international standards, capable of supplying to the production networks of multinational corporations in Vietnam, in the region and the world.

In order to continue promoting trade connection activities, supporting supporting industry enterprises to promote, introduce products and expand markets, Hanoi city organizes the Supporting Industry Fair in 2024. Through the fair, supporting industry enterprises have more opportunities to promote and introduce product brands, organize investment, trade and export promotion activities, promote capacity and strengths to connect and participate in the supply chain in the economic zone of the capital. Especially participating in the global supply chains of multinational corporations in Vietnam, in the region and the world.

The fair includes 250 booths of domestic and international supporting industry enterprises such as Japan, China, Thailand, Malaysia... participating. Among them, many large enterprises and corporations such as NC Network Vietnam Company, NC Network Japan Group, Mitutoyo Vietnam Co., Ltd., CNCTECH Group Joint Stock Company, DI GI WIN Vietnam Software Joint Stock Company...

Notably, the products displayed and introduced at the fair are all high quality, highly competitive products, located in key supporting industrial sectors such as components and spare parts; supporting industries serving high-tech industries... Notably, the fair has the participation of nearly 40 domestic and foreign purchasing units in direct and online forms.

According to Nguyen Van, Permanent Vice President of the Hanoi Association of Supporting Industry Enterprises, through the fair, enterprises have more opportunities to meet and approach units that need to improve and modernize production lines. However, for Hanoi's supporting industry to develop, in addition to the efforts of enterprises, Hanoi City requires support for rental of production premises and access to preferential loans for units.

In addition, Director of NC Network Vietnam Joint Stock Company Yasuo Uchihara said that NC Network and FNA Group have a manufacturing business information network with nearly 40,000 members in Japan, Vietnam, China, and Thailand. Enterprises attending this fair have the opportunity to meet and trade with potential partners, creating breakthrough opportunities in production and business activities.
