Vinh Phuc Spring Press Festival is a place to honor the development of journalism and share professional activities.

The Vinh Phuc Spring Press Festival 2024 is an important activity in a series of activities to celebrate the country's renewal, the glorious Party, and the Year of the Dragon; to celebrate the 74th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Journalists Association (April 21, 1950 - April 20, 2024), towards the 99th anniversary of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2024).

The Spring Press Festival is held for 2 days (from February 23 to 24, or January 14 to 15) with 10 exhibition booths, including 7 press and media booths of Vinh Phuc province's press agencies, representative offices of central newspapers and magazines residing in Vinh Phuc province, the Provincial Journalists Association, the Department of Information and Communications, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and the Literature and Arts Association.

The publications on display are a panoramic picture of Vinh Phuc's press, media, culture, and the atmosphere welcoming the New Year; praising the glorious Party and beloved Uncle Ho; and promoting achievements in Party building, socio-economic development, national defense and security of the province and the country.

In addition to press and media booths, this year's Spring Newspaper Festival also has a booth of Vinh Yen City People's Committee; an area to display and introduce OCOP products of the province; a booth to perform calligraphy and give calligraphy on Spring days; a space to display 60 oil and acrylic paintings by artist Quynh Thom on the theme of homeland and country.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Journalists Association Nguyen Duc Loi highly appreciated the organization of the Vinh Phuc Spring Press Festival 2024, especially the attention of provincial leaders, the close coordination of units, and innovations in content and organization form.

Besides, he acknowledged and highly appreciated the performance of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Journalists Association in recent years, which has contributed to the overall achievements of the Vietnam Journalists Association, the development of the locality and the country.
