Complete the section from DH12.DB road to Quang Da bridge before March 27, 2025

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requested the People's Committee of Dien Ban town to urgently implement compensation and site clearance work and direct the construction unit to speed up the construction progress of items of the Northern Ring Road project of Quang Nam province to connect with the access road to Quang Da bridge.

In particular, focusing on implementing the route from DH12.DB road to Quang Da bridge, ensuring conditions for organizing technical traffic opening of Quang Da bridge project and the bridge approach road on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Quang Nam - Da Nang (March 29, 2025).

The Provincial People's Committee assigned Dien Ban town to complete the approval of compensation plans before February 15, 2025, and mobilize the entire local political system to actively propagate and encourage people to hand over the site before February 28, 2025.

At the same time, direct the construction unit to urgently deploy basic construction to complete before March 27, 2025, ensuring conditions for organizing traffic opening.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to monitor, urge and guide the People's Committee of Dien Ban town in the process of implementing compensation and site clearance work and coordinate and support the construction unit of the Northern Ring Road project of Quang Nam province; work with local material suppliers to facilitate the supply of materials and raw materials to serve the project to ensure progress.
