Quang Nam agrees with the proposal to let Da Nang manage Quang Da bridge.

DNO - The People's Committee of Quang Nam province has just approved the plan to hand over the management, operation and exploitation of items of the Quang Da Bridge Project and the bridge approach road, with a total investment of more than 274 billion VND.

On November 26, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province approved the plan to hand over the items of the Quang Da bridge project and the bridge approach road to serve the management, operation and exploitation.

Accordingly, Quang Nam province chose the option of handing over the items of the Quang Da bridge project and the bridge approach roads identified for the projects located in Quang Nam province to Da Nang city for management.

Quang Nam will hand over the entire bridge and lighting items, including 2 lighting poles on the 50m approach road on the Quang Nam side of the bridge, to specialized departments under Da Nang city for management.

The 50m section of the road leading to the bridge on the Quang Nam side, including trees within this area, will be assigned by the People's Committee of Quang Nam province to the People's Committee of Dien Ban town for management.

This plan aims to ensure consistency with the Northern Belt Road Project of Quang Nam province, which is under construction.

The People's Committees of Quang Nam Province and Da Nang City have agreed to develop a Coordination Regulation between the functional forces of the two localities. This regulation aims to facilitate the management of infrastructure assets, traffic safety corridors, as well as ensure security and order for projects located in both localities such as Quang Da Bridge and Tu Cau Bridge.

It is known that this coordination regulation will be implemented after the decrees and circulars guiding the 2024 Road Law and the 2024 Road Traffic Order and Safety Law take effect from January 1, 2025.
