According to the Dak Glei District Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in 2024, some local livestock were not vaccinated against foot-and-mouth disease. The reason is that during the vaccination process, some livestock were pregnant and roaming in the forest and could not be captured. Currently, the Dak Glei District Department of Agriculture and Rural Development is closely following the epidemic to monitor and guide households to prevent and control the spread of the disease.
People build barns to isolate buffalo and cows to control the spread of disease.
